Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirement. Cancellations. Your Move Date Changes Policy. Your move is not locked in until booked and secured with the correct deposit amount on file. We require at least 72 hours (3 days) notice of Move Cancellation or Date Change for a fully refundable deposit. Payments: All Move Payments and Balances are due, with no exceptions, upon completion of the job while the crew is on site. Claims (if an) are accepted only in writing after the move is complete and all pavments are paid in full.
